David has a degree in Economics/Econometrics and Economic theory with a background in marketing and software development. After working for a number of years in marketing and distributing software throughout the USA, UK and Australia, David went on to found MonfiaConnect a regionally based marketing agency servicing clients across eastern Australia. David has a passion for technology, business, history and economics and loves living in the New England Region. David and his wife Sarah, enjoy photography bike riding and bush walking together, soccer along with regularly visiting the local cafes and pubs. David has been heavily involved in the local community over the past number of years and is a proud member of BNI, Armidale North Rotary, Local 4 Locals, Armidale Business Chambers and Tech Fest of which he currently holds the position of Chairman. David was a finalist in the Armidale Business Chambers in 2016 for Young Business Entrepreneur and won Young Business Executive in 2017 .
